Age Restriction

It is the policy of theWineStore.ie not to sell alcohol to any person under the age of eighteen in accordance with the law. By placing an order with theWineStore.ie you are confirming that you are aged over eighteen. Recipients of wine gifts must also be over eighteen.

Quality Promise

theWineStore.ie is committed to providing superior quality goods and excellent customer service at all times. If you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products we will gladly refund you for any unopened items in a saleable condition on its return. Cost of returns are to be borne by the customer and proof of postage will not be deemed as proof of delivery.

Inspection of Goods

If your goods do not arrive in reasonable condition you must notify us as soon as possible and where wines are visibly damaged you should refuse delivery and request that the wine be returned to us directly. We will then replace the wine free of charge.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro. Prices include Vat and are per bottle or per case as indicated. We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors and prices are subject to change without notice. We accepts Visa, Mastercard and Laser cards. For alternative methods of payment please contact us directly where additional terms and conditions are available on request.

Ordering Information

Please note there is a minimum order of 12 bottles of 75cl. In accordance with the current licencing laws, & under the licence we hold, we are allowed to sell to the public "in any quantity not less than two gallons or one dozen reputed quart bottles" which sounds a little old fashioned, but we have to admit we like it! We reserve the right to amend the minimum quantities without notice. 

If you purchase fewer than 12 bottles your order will not be fulfilled and will not be charged. If for some reason he order seems to have been charged please contact us and we look into it will refund you in full if necessary.

Shipping/Delivery

There is a standard delivery charge of € 5.00 per delivery address and delivery is free for orders with a value over € 60.00 per delivery address. We aim to deliver non perishable goods next day for orders received before 12.00 mid-day in the Greater Dublin Area and within 48 hours nationwide. We do not deliver on weekends, bank holidays or Good Friday (this year: 6th April 2012). PLEASE NOTE: due to warehousing hours and courier schedules we can aim for but unfortunately cannot guarantee any delivery between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. Deliveries can only be made during business hours and there must be an adult (over 18 years old) present to receive the goods. Please supply an alternative address if it is unlikely that there will be an adult present. All delivery addresses must have at least one contact telephone number. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland only.
